THREE IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING LAMINATED WOOD

1. ABS laminate measures slightly smaller than the plywood (95.5" x 47.5"), so there will be a small gap around the edges, which is covered by Extrusion.

2. Take advantage of our Panel Cutting Service and this item can ship via UPS Ground with the rest of your order. Otherwise your order will have to ship via freight carrier at substantial additional charges. Orders containing 3 or more sheets are more economically shipped full size on a pallet via freight than via ground. See details here.

3. BLACK IS A STOCK COLOR FOR ALL THREE WALL THICKNESSES. OTHER COLOR STOCKS MAY VARY, BUT YOU SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR A 5-7 DAY LEAD TIME, AS COLORS ARE MOSTLY LAMINATED TO ORDER. 1 DAY TO LAMINATE, 1-2 DAYS IN THE PRESS, AND 3-4 DAYS CURE TIME.

Dimensions: 48" X 96" Plywood, 47.5" X 95.5" ABS Laminate

Actual colors may vary slightly from on-screen swatches due to computer screen settings, screen resolutions, and variables in the manufacturing process.

PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR WALL THICKNESS BEFORE ORDERING! Laminated plywood being returned if you "change your mind" after receiving it is very expensive due to a variety of logistic, and potential product condition issues. You will be responsible for the cost of return freight shipment (very expensive). You will also be responsible for the 25% restocking fee, which can get pricey due to the cost of plywood laminates. ALSO, your refund will be subject to our Quality Control acceptance of the returned panels. ANY DAMAGE WHATSOEVER that renders the sheet useless to us for re-sale will forfeit your refund - ALL AT OUR QUALITY CONTROL'S STRICT DISCRETION. So, unless you have the proper shipping materials and banding equipment for shipping 4 x 8 plywood sheets, we seriously recommend that you reconsider returning plywood panels.

See our FlexiCase™ Design Tool to help you with design calculations, cut sheet layouts and self-laminating option tutorial.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU PRE-DRILL OR PRE-CUT ANY HOLES, FITTINGS, OR FIXTURES UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR PARTS IN HAND IN ORDER TO PREVENT ANY MISALIGNMENT, SIZING, OR DESIGN ISSUES.
